The team started as the Hyogo Storks, and when the B.League began, they relocated their home base to Nishinomiya, also in Hyogo Prefecture. Since last season, they returned to Kobe, but they consider the entire Hyogo Prefecture as their market.
Kobe City has a population of approximately 1.4 million, and Hyogo Prefecture, located to the west of Kyoto and Osaka, has a population of around 5.4 million.
The new arena is scheduled to open next year, and the club has already secured a spot in the B Premier League.

He is from the same college as Yoshii, the Japan national player from San-en.

Born in Bosnia and Herzegovina, he came to Japan after coaching in the German BBL and other leagues. He is responsible for strengthening the Kagoshima team, which is also currently in B2.
